You may conveniently start a booking request online using this link. We also accept bookings by phone and via e-mail. You can find the required contact details at the bottom of this page.

After you’ve done your booking, you will promptly receive a booking confirmation from us via mail, along with the invoice, risk coverage certificate and, if applicable, the certificate of your travel cancellation insurance.

Tour bookings are done on the basis of our general terms and conditions (package tours). You can find them using this link as well as on the penultimate page of our catalogue.

You will find the departure time on your booking confirmation.

You can choose from among the following boarding points:

Ansbach (Roden), premises of the Sommer-Reisen company
Marktheidenfeld, central bus station/ Adenauerplatz
Eisingen, Hauptstraße/ Raiffeisenbank (on demand)
Karlstadt, train station/ Ringstraße (on demand)
Lohr, Mainlände (on demand)
Würzburg central train station, Bismarckstraße

Depending on our route and the number of passangers boarding at a boarding point, additional boarding points are available on request.

We assign seats in the order in which we receive bookings. You can find your set number on your booking confirmation. Where possible, we try to take seating requests into consideration. Please notice, however, that seats in the first rows are usually quickly booked out due to strong demand. The sooner you make your booking, the higher the likelihood that your desired seat number is still availabe. Depending on the deployed bus, the seating arrangement will vary. For this reason, there is no legal claim to any specific seat.

You may bring with you one suitcase and one piece of carry-on luggage.

On the bus we offer coffee and cold drinks.

The minimum number of participants for our package tours is 20. Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, we reserve our right to cancel the tour. In case of cancellation we will inform you of our decision well in advance of the depature date. Payments on account will be reimbursed within 14 days.

If you wish, we can close a travel cancellation insurance for you. Depending on the insurance tariff you choose, this insurance will cover different benefits. This includes incoming cancellation fees if you need to cancel your trip through no fault of your own (for example due to illness).

If you wish to book a single room, we recommend you make your booking early as the quota of single rooms is limited.

If you want to cancel before the depature date, we charge staggered cancellation fees according to the following scheme:

Up to 45 days before the depature date: 5%
From the 45th day before the departure date: 15%
From the 30th day before the depature date: 35%
From the 14th day before the depature date: 60%
From the 6th day before the depature date: 80%

Alternatively, you may enroll another costumer travelling in your place.

After the booking has been confirmed, we expect a down payment of 20% of the full tour price. The remaining payment has to be done 3 weeks in advance of the depature date.
